Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026. These terms are between you and Blunion ("we"), a sole proprietorship in India.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Blunion you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Blunion on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Licence to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Blunion for your internal business purposes, subject to your plan and these Terms. The software, its design, and its underlying methods are our proprietary property.

3. Restrictions

You must not, and must not permit others to: (a) copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute the application or any part of it; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms except to the limited extent this restriction is prohibited by law; (c) circumvent, disable, or interfere with the licensing, authentication, usage limits, or security features; (d) resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties; (e) use the service to build a competing product; or (f) remove any proprietary notices. These restrictions are a material part of this agreement.

4. Accounts, one active device, fair use

You are responsible for your credentials. Each account is for a single named user and may be used on one active device at a time; signing in elsewhere ends the previous session. Free access on work or college email is subject to verification. Personal email accounts receive one free file. Abuse, sharing, or automated access may result in suspension.

5. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance in INR through our payment gateway, Razorpay. The price shown is the price charged: no tax is added at checkout. Subscribing authorises a recurring payment, so the plan renews on its own each month or each year until you cancel it, and you will be notified before each renewal.

6. Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it in good faith, consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Your data and files

Your spreadsheet files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to or stored by us. You retain all rights to your data. Your account data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

Blunion computes figures from the rows you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your source files and for decisions made using the output. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable arbitration agreement.
