Frequently asked questions
Is my spreadsheet really not uploaded?
Yes. Blunion parses and analyses your file inside your browser using your device's own processing. No row of your data is sent to a server. If you turn off your network after the page loads, the analysis still runs.
Then what do you store about me?
Only account details, name, email, phone, company, designation, and your city and state (from your connection, not GPS), so we can run your subscription and keep the service fair. Never your files. See our Privacy Policy.
How much does it cost?
₹699/month for an individual. Work and college emails get a free month; personal email (gmail, yahoo, etc.) gets one free file, then it is paid. Enterprise is custom. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Why is a work or college email needed for the free month?
It lets us offer a genuine free trial to real professionals and students while preventing abuse from throwaway addresses. We verify the email before the free month begins.
Can I analyse three files together?
Yes. Add up to three workbooks, for example primary, secondary and sellout, and Blunion reads them together and answers the cross file questions, like where sellout outruns or lags sellin.
Is the presentation editable?
Yes. One click builds a board ready PowerPoint (.pptx) with the charts and the written insight, which you can open and edit in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
Can I use one account on several devices?
An account is for one person and one active device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law; if you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days.
How do I delete my data?
Write to our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy) and we will delete your account data within the timeline required by India's DPDP Act. Your files were never stored in the first place.
Are the numbers accurate?
Every figure is computed from your rows at 64-bit precision, never estimated. Where a plan is not set at a grain, we deliberately show no achievement there rather than invent one.
